As one addict trying desperately to another I feel you in your plight. All I can offer is a few words of advice: buy fairtrade at Stanley Avenue "Bean There" - at least you will be guilt free in your addiction. ;-)

Yor thanx heidi! Lol!

Heidi-Jane Esakov at 1:38pm April 5
Eish.. I shouldn't be punting caffeine on this thread but I can blame a lack of discretion bought about by caffeine induced insomnia. The coffee is delicious and certified fair trade. Just think its altruistic to drink coffee ;-)

I would join you, but I'm for ever relapsing! I don't want to be cured, I think.

Heidi - rather buy your coffee from independent sources. Kenyan Free Trade Coffee has a strong presence here in South Africa. I dont trust the Multinationals! Free Trade for them is a product line to boost sales. Coffee is great! And i love it. Its precisely the reason why i need to become less dependent!

Heidi-Jane Esakov at 9:26pm April 5
Thanks for that! Good luck with the boycott... I shall be with you in spirit (but eish someone has to buy Kenyan coffee ;-))
