Peanut butter works great. banana in cereal works well too. I cant eat so early in the morning. But i reckon banana, and peant butter combo would work well! Going to try it tomorro morning

back to serious stuff...if i can ever be that...bananas are great...i have banana and yoghurt every morning, bowl of pronutro (brown sugar)..keeps me going and still manage to gym in the afternoon...perhaps i'll try a handful of peanuts as well....as for the honey - awesum with yoghurt smoothie (minus da peanut butter which is optional)....
